About Team Canada-ISEF

Members of Team Canada-ISEF enter their research projects in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF). Applications are welcomed from Canada-Wide Science Fair and ISEF finalists who are currently in high school. Youth Science Canada works to connect Team Canada-ISEF candidates with university or industry mentors through its National Mentorship Program.

Team selection is made by an expert panel in March. After that, members are coached in preparation for this prestigious international competition.

The Intel ISEF attracts about 1500 high school age competitors from over 40 countries. Team Canada-ISEF has been extraordinarily successful, earning a disproportionate share of awards each year.
